Returns, Shipping and Refunds
You may return new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be returned in the original packaging.
The cost of shipping returned items are not the responsibility of EcoTowels, unless the return is a result of receiving an incorrect item.
For returning defective items, we ask you to contact email@example.com outlining the nature of the problem prior to returning them. Our team will then be in touch.
We ask that customers kindly contact us via email prior to returning the product and include your name, email and a contact number with the return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your return package. The refund will be paid back to the original payment method.

In the majority of cases, shipping is included within the cost of the EcoTowels. In cases where shipping is not included, the cost of shipping will be highlighted with your order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, delivery date estimates may appear on the shipping information page.
